See anything? Well, there is something there, in this season’s first photo of an aurora from the IceCube winterovers. Many more aurora shots to come, guaranteed. No need to strain with the photo below, where it’s clear you have a group of people decked out in costumes. It was “Yuri’s Night,” one of many annual events traditionally held at the South Pole station. It’s actually a global event, you can check it out. The bottom image shows a dusky view of the ICL with a bright moon shining above.
